Synopsis

In 2006, NBC journalist Chris Hansen (played by Robert Pattinson) teams up with a vigilante group to conduct televised sting operations catching online predators for the reality series To Catch a Predator. Driven by intense network pressure to boost ratings and beat rival programming, Hansen transforms himself into a self-obsessed cultural phenomenon.
